All Sales Are Final for Intimate Products

For health and hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Lingerie
  • BDSM accessories (such as handcuffs, collars, gags, etc.)
  • Any items that come into contact with the body

Unless there is a proven quality issue, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a replacement:

  • We will evaluate your claim and offer a replacement or refund, if eligible

Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return is requested due to a verified manufacturing defect

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
